Abstract/Citation: One of the qualifying conditions for entitlement to Unemployment Benefit is that the claimant must have sustained a substantial loss of employment. This amendment provides that a person who has lost at least one day of insurable employment in any week will be regarded as having suffered a substantial loss of employment.
