Abstract/Citation: |
Provides that a worker undergoing an occupational accident is entitled to have occupational accident security comprised of transportation from the scene of the accident to the nearest hospital or to home, examination, medical treatment and care in a hospital or burial costs. Monetary compensation is also available for inability to work, partial permanent disability and death. In addition, entrepreneurs must provide workers who are involved in occupational accidents with Occupational Accident Security. Continued at p. 6A of Business News No. 5390. |
