Abstract/Citation: Provides that the Labour Commissioner may be made responsible for the enforcement of any statute that in the opinion of the Administrator in Council relates to the welfare of women in the Colony, that commercial secrets learned by the Labour Commissioner, his Assistant and by Labour Inspectors in the course of duty shall not be divulged, and that each Labour Inspector is to be given a Certificate of appointment which may be produced if required when visiting an employer or his representative.
