Regulations made under s. 71 of the Jordanian Medical Association Act (No.13 of 1972). A physician may conclude a fixed-term contract with any enterprise to provide medical care to its workers. Each physician may conclude a maximum of five such contracts, except where the Council of the Medical Association increases this number to make up for a shortage of physicians in a particular district. |
