Abstract/Citation: Provides that certain persons are not eligible for exemption of permit, temporary permits are to be granted for the purposes of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1992, and that there shall be a revocation of temporary permits granted and removal orders where temporary temporary permits have been granted for the purposes of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1992.
