| Abstract/Citation: | Increases the amounts of payments in any case in which a person first becomes entitled to a payment on or after the date when these regulations come into force. The increase in each case is 2 1/2 per cent, rounded up or down to the nearest £1 as appropriate. Made under the Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers' Compensation) Act 1979. |
