Abstract/Citation: Implements the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions of the Job Training Partnership Act of 1982 (JTPA). Under the JTPA, the Department of Labour provides financial assistance to certain recipients for the purposes of establishing programmes to meet the job training needs of youth and adults facing serious barriers to employment.
