Abstract/Citation: Provides that an employer shall pay to a female worker a wage equal to the wage paid to a male worker at that place of employment for the same or substantially the same work. Where a disagreement arises as to the wage to which a female worker is entitled, the worker, the employer or the workers' committee in that place may request the decision of a regional court. Applies to the State as an employer. Repealed.
