Abstract/Citation: Applies to State agencies administering the Aid to Families with Dependant Children Program and the Adult Assistance Programs of the Social Security Act and implements provisions of the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988. The changes modify the requirement of independent verification of computer match findings before imposing any adverse actions.
