Abstract/Citation
This Act amends and extends the Social Welfare Act, 1981 to 1989, and for those purposes amends section 3 of the Family Law (Maintenance of Spouses and Children) Act, 1976, provides for the dissolution of the Occupational Injuries Fund and the Redundancy and Employers' Insolvency Fund and the transfer of moneys from those funds to the Social Insurance Fund.
