Abstract/Citation: This Act provides for the grant of an exclusive prospecting licence, obligations under this licence, grant of a mining lease, interference with public water, pollution of public water, interference with passageways, inspections and accidents, possession and purchase of minerals and obstructing any person in execution of a duty.
