Abstract/Citation: Institutes political pluralism. A party is defined as any constitutional and lawful political organization composed of Jordanians whose aim is to participate in political affairs and to achieve specific political, economic and social objectives by legitimate and peaceful means. Provides for party registration procedures and conditions. Repeals the Political Parties Act, 1955 (No.15).
