Abstract/Citation: The Public Service (Pensions) Regulations , 1992 consist of 46 sections divided into 8 Parts. Part II deals with contributors and payment of contributions. Part III regulates benefits of retirement, resignation, discharge or dismissal of contributors. Part IV governs benefits on death of contributors or pensioners. Part V provides special provisions for certain contributors and employees. Part VI concerns ungraded employees. Part VII concerns commutation of pensions.
