Abstract/Citation: Removes the restraints on commerce caused by activities detrimental to migrant and seasonal agricultural workers. Imposes an obligation on farm labour contractors to register for the purpose of assuring protection for migrant and seasonal agricultural workers, agricultural associations, and agricultural employers.

This Act repealed and replaced the Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act (FLCRA) - P.L. 88-582 (September 7, 1964).
