Abstract/Citation: Consequential upon the amendment of the Employees' Compensation Ordinance (Cap. 282) to provide a new procedure for the determination of compensation by agreement in certain cases of temporary incapacity without recourse to the Commissioner of Labour or to court, this Regulation amends the principal Regulations to provide new forms for giving notice of the accident or, as the case may be, the occupational disease, and other related matters including the period of incapacity and the terms of such agreement reached, to the Commissioner of Labour.
