| Abstract/Citation: | The Regulations provide for the employment in industry of safety officers and safety supervisors, setting forth their qualifications and duties. Part V lists the responsibilities of proprietors in regard to officers' and supervisors' fulfilment of their duties. The First Schedule contains the types of industrial undertakings to which the Regulations apply (currently only construction sites). |
