| Abstract/Citation: | These regulations made pursuant to the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act 1992 amend the Radiocommunication (Certificate of Competency for Ship Station Operators) Regulations by the deletion and replacement of regulations 3(2) and 5(1) of that regulation and by the insertion of two new parts IXA and IXB relating to a general operator's certificate and a restricted operator's certificate respectively. |
