Abstract/Citation: This Ordinance amends the Employees' Compensation Ordinance (Cap. 282) in respect of the duty of an employer to report the injury to or death of an employee, determination of compensation by agreement in certain cases, cancellation of agreement by Commissioner, determination of claims by the Court, and remedies against both employer and third party.
