Abstract/Citation: This Ordinance amends the Employees' Compensation Ordinance (Cap. 282) in respect of compensation in case of temporary incapacity, distribution of compensation, determination of claims in respect of minor injuries, liability where employees are employed by sub-contractors, application to an employee injured outside Hong Kong, and the Employees' Compensation (Ordinary Assessment) Boards.
