Abstract/Citation: This Ordinance amends the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) in respect of termination of contracts without notice by the employee, the right to severance payments, dismissal by the employer, set-offs of severance payments against gratuity or retirement scheme payment, and gratuity or retirement scheme payment on death of employee.
