Abstract/Citation
The Act amends the Commonwealth Employees' Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989, the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976, the Navigation Act 1912, the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) Act 1991 and the Pipeline Authority Act 1973. It establishes a new Commission for the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation of Commonwealth Employees.
