Abstract/Citation: The Regulations permit other Acts, State Acts and Territorial laws, as well as regulations made thereunder, to continue in force; they could, in the absence of these Regulations, have ceased to have effect two years after the commencement of the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (under its s. 40(1)).
