| Abstract/Citation: | An Act to repeal the Unemployment Act [No. 421 of 1967: LS 1967 - Neth. 1 (consolidation) ..., 1974 - Neth. 1], to introduce a new Unemployment Act [No. 566 of 1986] and a number of other Acts, to make transitional arrangements as part of the repeal and introduction of those Acts and to make consequential amendments to a number of Acts and regulations. This Act makes numerous amendments to, inter alia, the General Incapacity Act (No. 28 of 1980: cf. LS 1977 - Neth. 2 (consolidation)), the Incapacity Insurance Act (No. 492 of 1977: cf. LS 1966 - Neth. 2), the Sickness Act (No. 473 of 1967: LS 1967 - Neth. 2 (consolidation)), the Social Insurance (Organisation) Act (No. 344 of 1952: LS 1952 - Neth. 2), the Social Insurance (Co-ordination) Act (No. 64 of 1966) and the General Assistance Act (No. 284 of 1963). |
