Abstract/Citation: Amends the Employers and Employed Act, Chapter 212. Redefines terms "employed" and "wages" as used in the Act. Replaces provisions relating to written contracts. Requires medical certificates for those employed with written contracts. Prohibits persons under 15 years of age from entering into a contract of service. Provisions relating to assignment and termination of contracts, status of contract at the time of employee's death. Various other modifications.
