| Abstract/Citation: | This Notification concerns all parties to labour relations (Section 27 of the Labour Code amended most recently by Text No. 167 of 1991 , including the enterprises of private citizens (Act of 18 April 1990) [ISN 22456 = Citizens'Private Enterprise Act], but excluding minor employment (Section 70 of the Code), retired and disabled persons covered by the Act of 16 June 1988 (text No 100) on social security [ISN 6957], agricultural cooperatives which are the subject of the Act of 3 May 1990 (text No 161)[ISN 22452], and work carried out in the absence of a labour relationship (Section 232 to 239b of the Code). Establishes conditions for entitlement to bonuses, based upon work location and duration of performed, and provides for cases where bonuses are withdrawn or reduced. The Annex provides a list of specified locations and districts. |
