Abstract/Citation: Amends the Employment Act 1990 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 1990, by extending the article 4(2) transitional provisions in connection with any refusal of employment or of a service of an employment agency taking place after 21 January 1991. This affects the application of the Employment Act sections 1(3) or 2(3) in relation to advertisements in books or periodicals published prior to specified dates.
