Abstract/Citation: Amends the Workmen's Compensation (Supplementation) Scheme 1982 and the Pneumoconiosis, Byssinosis and Miscellaneous Diseases Benefit Scheme 1983 to take into account Social Security Act 1990 amendments of the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1975 which provided that payment of allowances or other benefits are made from money provided by Parliament instead of from the National Insurance Fund.
