| Abstract/Citation: | This Order made pursuant to s.36 of the Employment Ordinance amends the Conditions of Employment (Licenced Non-Residential Establishments) Order 1986 by inserting a new paragraph 11 providing for payments by an employer to an employee whom he has terminated by reason of redundancy, calculated on the basis of the years of service of the employee. |
