Abstract/Citation: Amends the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 1976 by specifying under regulation 2 the arrangements where accomodation is provided in relation to regulation 3 of the principal regulations under which a person may be entitled to child benefit nothwithstanding the absence of a child who is in residential accomodation; regulation 16(5) is amended to provide that there will be no title to child benefit in respect of a child who is looked after by a local authority in specified circumstances.
