Abstract/Citation: The official text of the Constitution of 16 September 1963 integrating all amendments through No. 28 of 1986. Part IV guarantees fundamental liberties; Part VII creates a Presidential Council for Minority Rights; and Part IX creates a Public Service Commission. Among other provisions of Part IX, the Public Service Commission is directed to protect the pension rights of public officers including the armed forces, the police, the legal service officers, and other public officers.
