| Abstract/Citation: | Under the National Maritime Board Act, these Regulations establish procedures for the registration of seamen, the selection and discharge of seamen, the creation of a fund for their welfare, the procedures of a disciplinary inquiry, and the power of the Board to suspend the registration of seamen who suffer from disability or disease. Revokes the National Maritime Board Regulations of 1977. |
