Abstract/Citation: Establishes procedures for coordinating the processing of complaints that fall within the overlapping jurisdiction of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, which prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities in all aspects of employment; and the Rehabilitation Act, which requires government contractors and subcontractors to apply a policy of non-discrimination and affirmative action in their employment of qualified individuals with a handicap.
