Abstract/Citation: These Regulations under ss.50 and 25 of the National Insurance and Social Security Act amend Reg.50(1) of the National Insurance and Social Security (Benefit) Regulations, 1967 by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting new provisions concerning the percentage of average insurable weekly earnings to be received as benefits by unemployed insured persons and those who have been temporarily laid off or kept on short-time.
