Abstract/Citation: Implements section 121 of the Immigration Act of 1990, Public Law 101-649, Nov.29, 1990, by providing petitioning procedures for employment based immigrants under sections 203(b)(1) through (5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act in order to help American businesses hire highly skilled, specially trained personnel to fill increasingly sophisticated jobs for which domestic personnel cannot be found.
