Abstract/Citation
These Regulations under s.26 of the Employment and Training Services Act, 1990 (No. 28 of 1990) provide for employment cards to be issued by the Corporation for all those who are "gainfully occupied" or are seeking a gainful occupation. Employment cards shall not be issued to minors of compulsory school age. Employers must inform the Corporation when it engages new employees, and new employees must likewise inform the Corporation.
