Abstract/Citation: This Order applies the Extradition Act 1989 so as to make extraditable the offence described in s.134 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c.33) and an attempt to commit such an offence in the case of State Parties to the Convention Against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 1984-12-10.
