Abstract/Citation: Establishes a National Dock Labour Board whose functions include, among other things, providing for registration of dock workers, regulating their conditions of service, establishing a pension scheme for dock workers, and providing for their training and welfare. Decree also establishes Local Dock Labour Committees and establishes disciplinary procedures for dock workers.
