Abstract/Citation: Regulations relative to governmental pay practices under Regulations 29 CFR part 541 containing revised criteria for exemption from the minimum wage and overtime compensation requirements of the Fair Labour Standards Act for executive, administrative and professional employees. The purpose of this revision is to provide an exception from certain provisions requiring payment "on a salary basis" applicable only to public sector employees.
