Abstract/Citation: Amends regulations under section 407 of the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, by reducing the maximum duration of disaster unemployment assistance from one year to 26 weeks, by disqualifying individuals entitled to unemployment insurance, and by providing a statutory right of appeal re eligibility decisions.
