Abstract/Citation: Delisting by the Environmental Protection Agency of terephthalic acid from the list of toxic chemicals under section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, thereby relieving facilities of their obligation to report releases of terephthalic acid that occurred during the 1990 calender year.
