Abstract/Citation: Extends and revises agricultural price support and related programs, provides for agricultural export, resource conservation, farm credit, and agricultural research and related programs, ensures consumers an abundance of food and fiber at reasonable prices, and for other purposes; Title XVII of the Act concerns the Food Stamp Program and amends provisions of the Food Stamp Act of 1977.
