Abstract/Citation
Sections 17 and 103 of the Labour Relations Act, B.E. 2518 (Legislative Series, 1975-Thai.1) are amended, and new provisions are inserted as sections 17 bis, 120 bis and 129 bis. Stricter rules are laid down in respect of advisors to workers' and employers' representatives, and their appointment, now revocable, is subject to registration by the Director-General of the Department of Labour (penalties are prescribed for non-compliance). Trade unions are expressly granted the right to strike, subject to certain conditions largely determined by the Minister of Internal Affairs.
