Abstract/Citation: Amends the Education of the Handicapped Act to revise and extend the programs established in parts C through G thereof, and for other purposes. Title II covers assistance for education of all handicapped individuals, including allocations, State plans, evaluation, etc; title III provides for centers and services to meet special needs of handicapped individuals; other titles cover training personnel for the education of handicapped individuals, research in such education, technology, etc.
