Abstract/Citation: Amends the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (29 USC 621 et seq.) (Legislative Series, 1967-USA 1) to clarify the protection given to older individuals in regard to employee benefit plans, and for other purposes. The Act is also intended to ensure that older workers are not coerced or manipulated into waiving their rights to seek legal relief under the 1967 Act.
