Abstract/Citation: Amends Sections 4 (27 days of annual leave), 15 (sickness etc. during annual leave is not considered as leave), 16 (holiday pay is 13 per cent of annual pay), and 27 (employees performing their work at home or without the direct control of the employer receive a special holiday pay consisting of 13 per cent of their annual pay).
