Abstract/Citation
An Act to provide for the making by employers of payments to employees in respect of redundancy and for connected purposes. Covers termination of employment, lay-off and short time, change of enterprise ownership, exemptions, claims and payment, redundancy rebates equivalent payments industrial disputes and special cases (eg. death of employee or employer, maternity, payment by a person other than the employer, etc).
