| Abstract/Citation: | The Act covers all aspects of occupational health and safety. It provides for preventive health measures, protective devices and equipment, medical examinations and the notification of employment injuries. The Labour Commissioner will be responsible for its administration and will have extensive powers of investigation and prosecution. |
