Abstract/Citation: Continuation of an interim rule stipulating the requirement that in the Regulations for the temporary alien agricultural labour certification program requiring employers of nonimmigrant workers to employ any qualified United States worker who applies to the employer until fifty percent of the period of the work contract, under which the foreign worker who is on the job was hired, has elapsed.
