Abstract/Citation: Provides interim final Regulations implementing the minimum wage provisions of the 1989 amendments to the Fair Labor Standards Act in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The purpose of these Regulations is to categorise industries and government entities in order to determine the appropriate minimum wage phase-in schedule for employers in that category.
