Abstract/Citation: Amends para. 531.39 - Payments to third persons pursuant to court order: payment of a sum withheld pursuant to a court order to a third person other than the employee, under garnishment, wage attachment, etc., is not prohibited and will be considered equivalent to payment to the employee.
